MJ Avyanna Resort & Convention Centre

"Our lunch experience was disappointing. No buffet was served, and several items were unavailable. More concerning was the behaviour of Ms. Hina, whose approach felt dismissive and unwelcoming—as though attending to us was a favor rather than a responsibility. We strongly recommend customer service training for her, especially in hospitality etiquette and guest engagement. In contrast, Ms. Sangeeta was courteous, attentive, and truly commendable in her service. Unfortunately, no food arrangements were made for children during lunch, which added to our discomfort. Dinner and breakfast were comparatively better, thanks to the efforts of Mr. Bhaskar and Ms. Megha, who were both professional and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the restaurant management needs significant improvement. Waiting 45 minutes for tea and coffee is unacceptable and reflects poor operational efficiency."

"*Rating: 4.8/5* *Highlights:* - *Cleanliness: 5/5* - The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. - *Facilities: 5/5* - The resort's facilities were fabulous and exceeded expectations. - *Food: 5/5* - The food was delicious and a highlight of the stay. *Area for Improvement:* - *Check-out Process: 3/5* - The check-out process took a bit longer than expected. Streamlining this process would further enhance the overall experience. *Overall Experience:* MJ Avanya Resort provided an exceptional stay with its excellent facilities, cleanliness, and food. With a bit of fine-tuning on the check-out process, it would be a perfect 5-star experience! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and colleagues."

"I recently visited MJ Avyanna Resort and Convention Centre, Bangalore with my family. The resort is located on the outskirts of the city, offering a peaceful environment away from the busy urban lifestyle. The resort provided a smooth check-in experience, and the staff extended a warm welcome. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing. The resort also had a pleasant ambience with well-kept gardens and recreational spaces that were enjoyable for both adults and children. During our stay, we spent time exploring the facilities, including the swimming pool and indoor games area. These activities added to the fun of the family trip. One of the highlights of our trip was the dining experience. The restaurant at the resort served a variety of cuisines, ranging from authentic Indian dishes to continental options. Each meal was freshly prepared and well-presented, and the flavors were rich and satisfying. The buffet spread, in particular, offered something for everyone in the family, making our mealtimes memorable. Overall, our experience at MJ Avyanna Resort was enjoyable and memorable. The calm atmosphere, quality service, and family-friendly amenities made it a suitable choice for a short family getaway. I would recommend this resort to families who are looking for relaxation as well as opportunities to spend quality time together."

"We booked MJ Avyanna Resort & Convention Centre to celebrate our son’s first birthday, and it was truly special. The staff helped us with decorations and supported us throughout the event, while the General Manager personally ensured we were comfortable and everything went smoothly. The mud rooms were cozy and beautifully designed, and the man-made waterfall added a relaxing touch to the surroundings. The breakfast buffet and food throughout the day were delicious, and the swimming pool with its cave theme was a fun way to unwind. We also enjoyed the rain dance, cycling, and indoor games, which kept everyone entertained. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by an extra day! Great facilities, warm hospitality, and excellent value—this is hands down the best resort in this budget for a family celebration."

"Overall it’s a very good experience, service staff is really cooperative and resort experience is awesome. We have stayed for two days here. Food is nice. They have good chef around for all the day in week as I didn’t feel any taste difference though"
