"Visited Dr. Lini Balakrishnan with my 6-month-old and I must say, she is one of the best pediatricians we’ve come across—very friendly, patient, and reassuring. However, the clinic’s appointment system needs serious improvement. Despite having a prior appointment, we had to wait for over 2.5 hours, making it feel more like a walk-in setup. Great doctor, but be prepared for a long wait."

"Very disappointed with Dr N Balamurugan's diagnosis. He didn't listen to our concerns fully and directly told us we need to get MRI done for our baby girl. We didn't get a chance to tell him what exactly is happening and when. He cut us off many times and said i have heard enough. Consultation fee was high, which is fine but atleast have the humility to treat patients nicely as they are concerned parents."
